How to submit a sitemap in the google search console?
1. First of all go to any browser type google search console

after that click on the google search console start now then log in with your G-mail account with the same Gmail account that you have registered your blog.

Then, after log in with your account details you will proceed to this page

Now you have to select the URL prefix option and enter your blog URL full address. Just go to your blogger dashboard and click on the view site. After that copy your URL from the search bar and paste in the above URL prefix and then press continue. After you see the google search console trying to verify ownership Ater that you will find this type of dialogue box

Select the HTML tag and copy the code and then go to the blogger dashboard

And go to themes option from customize dropdown list select edit HTML. After that press, Ctrl+F or directly go to <head> and press enter and paste the code that you copy from the google search console HTML tag

Then save it. After that again go to the google search console and same put the URL of your site and verify then you will be verified check below

After that click on top of the corner left side three line select sitemaps then again go to google search bar and type your URL suppose
https://your URL address type.blogspot.com and at the end, you put just sitemap.xml
like this
https://your URL address type.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml after that press enter and the site map of your site will generate with some URL will be seen of your post on the black screen.
so our work is simple now just copy sitemap.xml from that generated site and copy this and paste on as I have shown below add a new sitemap in the blue circled area and then press submit and check below status shown success

so now our work has been completed for submitting the sitemap on the google search console.
What is the importance of creating a sitemap?
There is a huge importance of creating a sitemap because it will help google bots crawl sooner to our site google to index our site on the google search result page and high chance to rank on google.
People who visit your site can easily navigate to any page, any corner of the site easily. So there is a huge chance to increase traffic to your site and visitors engage to your site.
so it's a high probability to subscribe to your page. The image below shows a clear sitemap of the site. One-click visitors can visit any page easily. So these are the importance of creating a sitemap of your site.

But I want to clarify that if we don't create a sitemap also google bots crawl on our site and rank our site on google but for better rank and better performance of our site and for the first rank on google need to create a sitemap.
